With a mission of “Asobica Innovation to the World”, Asobica Co., Ltd developed a customer engagement tool “coorum” (https://coorum.jp/) to help companies increase customers’ loyalty to their service. This tool enables companies to improve customer growth, reduce customer churn rate, and increase LTV.
The company currently operates its own media platform called “CXin” (https://cxin.coorum.jp/), which spreads the word about the importance of improving customer experience to have a successful business. With the guidance of experts in the industry, you will learn while actually contributing in building up their new media platform.
Under the guidance of their CEO Imada who has been selected as part of the “Forbes Asia Under 30,” you will be exposed to a wide variety of projects such as inside sales, marketing, and media management. Working Conditions
Work Location: Gotanda Office
Working Hours: Minimum of thrice a week, negotiable shift time
Working Period: Preferably more than three months
