This internship program will be for one of our core businesses, Algorithmics. Algorithmics ( https://setagaya.alg.academy/ ) is an international programming school for children 5 to 17 years old that currently educates more than 150,000 students. In the classroom, we help children take their first steps into the world of IT, teaching in a game like way and individualizing the approach to each child using a unique methodology and a specially developed online platform. Algorithmics schools are open in more than 200 cities and 30 countries. All Algorithmics employees are different, but are united by the desire to make students and their parents happy. The company is looking for people who will share this desire and help make Algorithmics even better.

労働条件
Work Location: Futakotamagawa Office or Remote
Working Hours: Twice a week, 3 hours per day
Working Period: At least 3 months
Preferred Starting Date: from late January

Hourly Pay: ¥2,000 per hour for lesson, ¥1,200 per hour for related office work
応募資格・必須要件・希望要件
Experience with the following programming languages: Python, Java, C++, C#
Fluent in English: At least TOEIC 800 / business level / Japanese returnees
Must be able to speak at least conversational Japanese
Enjoys working with children or experience in teaching
Lives in Tokyo
Preferred Qualifications
Graduated from or currently enrolled in a post secondary program related to computer science, engineering, math or data science.
Experience working with children is preferred (ie. Tutoring, coaching, camp counseling, volunteering events).
STEM background preferred

Teaching computer programming lessons (Main programming language: Scratch, Python)
Communicating with parents and students, etc.
